At Betterfuse we view it as essential that all parts and materials are completely inspected before they can pass our IQC hub. Incoming inspection is done according to established and proven Acceptable Quality Limits and it is verified that all raw materials comply to set standards and test conditions. Our components and materials are procured only from a specifically approved vendor list to ensure dependable, high quality supply and accountability in our supply chain. To ourselves this stabilizes our production processes and costs, for our customers it ensures reliable and consistent quality products.
Quality of Our Manufacturing Processes
Our products are manufactured to the highest standards and face stringent, comprehensive quality control testing during multiple stages of production, and upon completion. Our In-Production Quality Control is achieved through exceptional interdepartmental collaboration. Our testing tools, facilities and state of the art laboratories are equipped to perform a wide range of tests against multiple quality parameters. Our Quality Assurance carries out strict quality checks and analyses them using Statistical Process Control Technique for maintaining established quality standards, to ensure that our products meet all standards before leaving the shipping hub of our factories.
